Nightly Rates
$500 refundable deposit is required to reserve dates. The balance will be due 1-week prior to reservation start date. Deposit will be refunded as long as there are no damages at checkout inspection.

this rental would be for sites with no sewer hookup. The portable tank could hold 3-4 days. Renter is responsible for draining gray and black water into portable tank when needed. We will take care of the rest at check-out.
